"After 15 min waiting for my order I approach the counter and was told they did not have the sandwich I ordered. I could choose something else cause they would not refund me. I had to leave without my already paid food as I did not have time to wait for them to start preparing whatever food I did not want in the first place. Extremely rude woman at the pick up… really disappointed with Starbucks allowing this type of behavior from their personnel"

"Initially, I was hesitant to write a review; however, I’ve noticed that the service speed at this location is consistently lacking. During my visit, I observed four employees present, yet only one was actively preparing orders. Despite being the sole customer, I experienced a delay. Upon requesting my pre-ordered bottled water, the staff member at the front asked me to wait, engaging in conversation with a colleague. Eventually, another employee was tasked with retrieving my water from the fridge, yet this also led to further delay as they conversed with another coworker, casually rubbing my water bottle throughout their chat. As I waited, separated from my bags and meal across the hall, I couldn’t help but feel overlooked. Given my experience, I’m considering trying the Starbucks located at the other end of the hall for my future visits."

"One barista working, well talking with co-workers more than making drinks. Poorly run and employees are hanging out more than actually working."

"Took 30 mins to get a medium coffee, only four people behind the counter only one person making drinks. I recommend ordering elsewhere."

"Online orders only, a whole crowd of employees standing around doing nothing who were incredibly rude when I asked how to order. When you have 10 minutes until you boarding closes for your connecting flight, and haven’t had a meal in 10 hours, all you need is a cash register to quickly place the order, get your food and run. Instead you have to navigate through a bunch of employees who are no help, unprofessional, rude, then download the app, then make an account and enter you credit card info, then wait while they make the food, and then they didn’t even know which order was mine and I had to grab the food myself after I was told “I don’t know which one is yours, one of those”. On top of that the food was horrible, I got a wrap and it was microwaved into oblivion and flatter than a pancake. If every Starbucks was like this I would never visit them again"
