"Nobody greeted us as customers the workers were using a vape inside the store and a worker was sleeping in the dining area. My son asked if they were hiring and they ignored him my brother asked for no sour cream which he is allergic to and they still put it on his food and said it was to late to change it. Will not go back to this location"
"I paid for a large freeze and it's hard to believe that it's even smaller than a regular water bottle. The crunchwrap is extremely flat and the filling is 60% sour cream. The two soft tacos weren't horrible, but you could tell they had been sitting for a while before I got them. There was Grease all at the bottom of the tortilla and they were so soggy that I almost ripped it in half trying to pick it up. Giving it two starts because the Cinnabon delights were fresh and delicious."
"Disappointing and disappointing and disappointing. First, I had to update the Taco Bell app and that required moving things off my phone to make space for the update. This app seems to require updates every other week, ridiculous. It needs to be streamlined so it doesn't take up so much space. Then maybe it wouldn't require so many updates. This frustrating step took over ten minutes as the app didn't tell me straight away how much space I needed. I kept having to try to update, go and move things, try to update again, go move some more things and so on. This slow process caused me to not gain access to the lobby because I was stuck messing with it for so long. It would also really help if there was a notification sent out when the stupid thing needed an update instead of proving useless and time consuming when you need to use it most. Next, I had to go through drive thru and wait in an exhaustingly long line because the lobby closes at 9 pm. This line didn't seem to move for close to 10 minutes. Yay, I get to waste lots of gas. Just what I always wanted during this Bidenflation. Anyway, I finally updated the app and placed my Doritos Loco taco order through it so it was a brief conversation with the menu screen. I was handed the bag when I finally reached the window, said thank you and drove home. After opening the bag and unwrapping the taco I begrudgingly saw that it was double shelled because the first shell was broken badly and the second shell was only slightly less broken. They were both broken... I don't get it. If the first shell is broken, why not just make the taco in a new unbroken shell instead of double shelling two broke shells. Sounds lazy to me. I just can't win with fast food and drive thru's. That's why I always try to walk in. I have the opportunity to inspect the food and request changes if it's not how it's supposed to be. Drive thru just shuffles customers through like herding cattle to slaughter. They don't care what they give you, they don't care how long you had to wait and they don't want to listen to any complaints. On top of that, once you are in the line you are stuck until everyone ahead of you finally shuffles through the line and leaves. There is no way out because of the barricading fences, curbs or hills that border it. There needs to be an exit out so when the employees take all year to attend to a slow moving line, the customers can have an exit strategy. By the way, why are lobby hours only until 9 pm? One more absurdity in the never ending dismay of utilizing fast food restaurants. *Sigh fml"
"I was ordering 3 taco meal and 2 bean burritos (WITHOUT CHEESE) and those burritos belongs to a friend of my who is lactose intolerance and he was very upset that he notice there’s cheese on it. I did call the restaurant and no one no picking up. Very bad service and one Latin chicks with braces seems very rude when i finished order from the self checkout and told me the lobby is closed but the other lady backed me up on it."
"I stopped by around 9:30 PM on 8/31/23 for a Crunchwrap Supreme. Even with only one car in front of me I still had to wait almost ten minutes to place my order. When I got home and opened the bag the food was burned on both sides and there was only a salad inside…so much for “supreme”! No receipt in the bag or I would have taken this up with ownership. Not going back, can’t recommend."
