"I literally just left there, 10 mins ago placing an order my ticket clearly says bacon cheeseburger, there is no bacon is this bowl… and to think a manager made my order makes it even worse. For me to come up there and spend $25 on a meal and mess it up is beyond me"

"I need to give a shout out to Tyler, the assistant manager who assisted me on my very first visit. I told him that me and my husband were on a low-carb diet and he explained to me the lettuce wrap or put the meat in pan method. First of all, when I walked in the store it was super clean, I got a hello welcome, Tyler was the first to say how can I help you and I felt very special. He started to explain to me everything I needed to know. They went to the back to get a piece of lettuce to show me how big the lettuce wraps were and I was surprised. So I got a regular Cheeseburger which the order is for two double meat, which by the way he told me they make every morning hand made. It came with lettuce, pickles, onions, mushrooms, ketchup, mayo, mustard, jalapeño peppers, tomatoes all wrapped up in iceberg lettuce. I must say that this was one of the best hamburgers I have had in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Especially for people who are on low-carb diets. I did not miss the bread at all. He also said that they have different sauces like A1, or the spices that they sprinkle on fries I sprinkle it on my hamburger. I can tell you this I will be going to their weekly. This is like finding a hidden gem. And to top it off when I left there were peanuts that they give you while you’re waiting and I took a few home. They were delicious and high protein and low-carb. "If you're gonna charge $9 for a regular cheeseburger, $12 for a double, $7 for a regular fry, and not even have a kids' option or offer table service, it had better be one of the best dining experiences ever. It was not. The food was...fine, the restaurant was dirty, and the service was nothing special. Skip Five Guys. Spend your $70 on a nice, sit-down dinner instead."

"I thought it would be a little hotter and fresher since there were only 3 customers total in the store. Many of the tables were dirty, but there were 4 employees standing around just talking. I was looking forward to trying the fries, but didn't realize that they were sold separately of the cheeseburger. Burger was good though."

"Burger and fries were very good! Seating area, restrooms and condiments area clean. Staff had a lot of energy, they greet you well when you walk in and then they tell you thank you and come again when you leave. You should check this particular location out!
