"The roast beef sandwich was just as I remember it...... Fantastic! The fries... Another matter entirely. I may order them again if I was starving....... Maybe."

"I've always loved Arby's but they have been going down hill lately. We ordered Market fresh sandwiches and it took almost 10 minutes for them to get the order together. The bacon was missing and the bread was really old, dry, and hard."

"Possibly the worst location I've been to. Been here a couple of times. The first time the food took almost 15 minutes to get out to us (not during a rush) and the cashier just didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Most recent time, today. Didn't even order food. Walked in, no greeting, no one even at the counter. Waited 5 minutes for some form of recognition and all we saw was a single employee walk up, back turned to us, checking monitors and then walked away. This will be the last time I visit this location."

"I hate that I'm saying this because I do generally like Arby's but they are becoming ridiculous. When I walk inside this building it has this odor that is repulsive and looking at their kitchen is atrocious. The food is hit or miss. I got the mozzarella sticks and it was clumpy, cold, and had a lot of flour taste to it. The French dip sandwich had hairs in it. I will no longer go back there. There is no standards whatsoever in that damn restaurant. I went to tell them about my mozzarella sticks and the dude in the back "cooking" put the damn sticks in a dirty container. Then when I commented about it he got an attitude saying "this will be the last one I will make!" I told him how about you cook food the way you would want it to be for you! He needs to be fired. If he "cooks" like he don't want to be there, grant him his wish. That place in general needs an overhaul. When people talk bad about the restaurant I usually defend it saying the food is actually pretty good but in going inside it made me feel uneasy. Enough is enough."

"Everything was fine until, we got up to the window to get our food. When we pulled up the window and the girl that worked there told us that our card was declined. Ok, yeah, that’s fine if it was declined no problem we can get another card. But the fact was our card was not declined, they did not know how to use their own system. They even said it to us several times saying, “We tried three times, and it still didn’t work.” With a slight attitude like it was our problem and not theirs. Then the girl requested our card again, and this time it worked this time. So meaning they did not know how to use the system. Then she said, “Oh, it was because WE forgot to do something. I only gave this place one star because it was the only option. And on top of that it looked like out fries have been sitting out for hours and it was the crumbs of the fries. I would even be fine if the fries were not fresh. But it was literally pieces of left over crumbs of the bigger pieces of the fries. Also, it was HALF of the cup that they used. Last but definitely not least, the fries smelled really bad, like I said sitting for hours."
