"The most expensive salad spot I've ever been to in my life. That's a lot of salad places but the salads are made to your liking and the ingredients are top tier. If you have a good job this place is a great choice, however...I need a better paying job."

"I visited for a mid-week lunch and you go to the line and they ask you what you need. There are instructions on the wall, but the employees guide you through the steps. You choose the types of salad leaves, add veggies and toppings, and they pour some dressing. They mix your bowl. There are 2 standard prices, but if you add meat or seafood, there's an additional cost. The bowls are large and you get a lot for the price. They have many varieties of teas to choose from. I ended up taking leftovers to-go since there was so much. The employees were nice and they keep this place clean."

"We were craving something a bit healthier after eating a bunch of junk the day before. Salata is a fun, casual, counter order establishment where everyone can build their own salad to their liking! There is something for everyone here! You can make your salad savory, sweet, or combination of those! The men and women here are very kind! There were so many options to choose from, and they were happy to provide some recommendations! Everything tasted very light, and refreshing- perfect place to beat the Texas heat!"

"First when you walk in it’s bright, well decorated and the overall atmosphere is great. Staff is super welcoming and fast when you’re ordering. Great selections of toppings for your salad, The small is actually a pretty decent amount. The spicy chicken was full of flavor and the falafel was also extremely flavorful. I love this concept of this restaurant and wish we had more around. Great experience overall and will be coming back!"
