"Ordered a mango Dragonfruit refresher and literally only got 3 sips from this. Is this the correct liquid to ice ratio? I wonder if it’s the workers doing or are they being taught to cut corners by the assistant managers/managers to produce a high quantity of sales and save Pennies to make a killing. It feels like the equivalent of buying tamales with more Masa to a thin strip of queso ratio, like buying a taco with a minimum amount of meat and a whole lot of refried beans to take up space."

"If you are looking for southern hospitality then this particular location is for you. The store manager Crissy at this location has been nothing but a great spirit in assisting me and all of my colleagues in getting our orders. Her staff is superb and they all have warm hands to provide if you are having a bad day. Great job!!"

"wow the customer service Very Excellent, the guy who took my order was very kind. I explained to him that my friends didn't know anything about the menu and he gave me time to see and explain the menu and he told us what size to get. Wow, I feel so happy that this person treated me very good, I have never been treated as excellent as now and it is my first time in this location, thank you for the excellent service."

"Update 12/19/23 I've visited several times recently in the evening and each time service is really bad. They don't greet you when you walk in and when you go to order they act like they are doing you a favor. Tonight I came in to pick up a mobile order which they usually have on the counter. Waited for 10 min before the guy asked what I was waiting for. I said I have a good order... Oh for Mary? Yes. He then grabs the bag that was sitting on the back counter. Not sure how long it had been sitting there. On top of that the guy making drinks spilled a jug of milk and was back there yelling. I guess I shouldn't come here in the evenings. **************** It's a pretty busy location depending on the time you go but they are generally fast with getting through orders. Drinks are made well. The staff is friendly and nice. The location is convenient with a large parking lot. The atmosphere doesn't really exist as this is only a grab and go place."
