"We had a great time 6 weeks ago and decided to try Valentine’s Day special meal. A big mistake!!!!!! They lost our reservation, which was made over 3 weeks ago. Made room for us next to the bandstand. Waited 20 minutes to place drink order which took 25 minutes to get the drinks. Ordered our meals which we got 40 minutes later. My chicken under cooked to the point of being bloody. The roasted kale was under cooked to the point that I could not cut it with a steak knife. The bean and sausage ragu was nothing more than baked beans and bacon served cold with the chicken on top of it. Roasted vegetables were not provided but they did give me pickled onions. Got through that and ordered desert….40 minutes later we told our server to take the credit cards, let us pay and get out of there, for the desert was not forthcoming.Forgot to say that of course there was a singer who had a great sound system. All this for a 2 hour 35 minute experience when only 2 entrees were on the menus!"

"What a special place. I was visiting from the West coast and ate here twice in three days. On the first night, my cousin and I were playing cribbage at the bar, enjoying the live music, and ate one of THE BEST beef ribs I’ve ever had in my life. When a gentleman approaches and sees how our night is going. Turns out it’s the owner, Chef Michael Scott! He shared his story and how he made it from Sausalito to the San Juans, to over 28 countries, cooking for people all around the world. I could go on, and I won’t bore you with our 2nd time there. But if you’re in the area. Bartonville Store is a must visit. Thanks again Chef Michael and the entire staff. Can’t wait to come back."

"My brother in-law and I visited Jeters looking to buy some nice steaks to cook on Thanksgiving. Michael Scott took the time to listen to what we needed and made some incredible recommendations. He went above and beyond by educating us on the proper way to prepare and cook each cut. He also hooked it up with some seasonings and Wagyu butter. Thanks for helping us create an awesome experience for the whole family. My family and I eat at Jeters on a regular basis and every time we go we are treated like family."

"Swung by here for lunch and got the filet. It was pretty good but there are better cuts of meat. I just needed to remind myself I guess. Otherwise this place was great. The people were great, and the menu has a heart variety without being too much. Take the time to check out the history hanging around in the walls, and check out the goodies in the "store" side."

"The food here is exquisite. It is some of the best food I have ever had in my life. On top of that the customer service is amazing. I haven't had to wait long at all to receive my meal. Juliet and Chef Michael Scott are very nice people and I will always go back whenever I am hungry for waygu beef. I 200% recommend this for anyone seeking affordable amazing food."
