"Purchased the beef nacho salad. Noticed it had no melted queso. The woman at the window stated it was at the bottom. After searching, I asked for the queso or my money back. Always check your food, this is one reason I don’t really do fast food. I haven’t came across a taco bueno in yrs and wanted to try them out. I honestly rather go to a Taco Bell. When I go to most fast food places I feel I could’ve made a better tastier version at home. Plus I don’t have to deal with an unwelcoming environment with rude employees that lie."

"I went to the location on SW Green Oaks in Arlington; went through the drive thru and they were not busy at all. It was around 11 am. I pulled up and ordered the Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada platter for myself and a Chicken Quesadilla for my hubby. When I got home, hubby ate his Quesadilla and said it was great. However; the “Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas” were not that. I got 2 ground beef enchiladas with Rice and Beans. The sour cream was slopped on the plate between the rice and beans and was maybe a half of a teaspoonful. I was SO disappointed because I love the food at Taco Bueno. I think what frustrated me the most is that I tried to call the location and kept getting a busy signal. This is enough to keep me from ever eating there again and also warning everyone I know."

"There was a wait in the drive through. I ordered 3 crispy beef tacos, a chicken quasidilla, a combo burrito for $24.41. No drinks. The food was satisfying, nothing spectacular. That seems pricey for drive through. Window attendant was polite, efficient."
