Yafa Mediterranean Grill 4004 Little Road, Arlington, TX 76016

"It was our first time trying out this restaurant. We had the Gyro Plate with Saffron Rice, Baba Ghanoush and Hummus. Everything was DELICIOUS! The meat was seasoned perfectly. We love the Saffron Rice, it was fresh, fluffy and so yummy (it has been ages since we’ve been to a place that cooks rice with saffron). Everything was definitely cooked with love and the added bonus that nothing was greasy. We also ordered Baklava to-go because it looked delicious, was too full to eat it at the restaurant. The owner was very polite and kind. We had great service our entire visit. It is definitely a gem to find this restaurant. Modest restaurant with lots of flavor. P.S. We forgot to take a picture of our yummy food. It was great and the portion size was big."

"The owner was sketchy. Quick mix falafel on the table as soon as you walked in. Microwave in the entrance to the kitchen (why do you need a microwave for rice, cooked meat, or falafels?) Dirty kitchen I asked him if I could take a picture of the menu and was asked why and said the menu was online. He proceeded to talk trash about the former employee's (ladies) who worked here and were the reason it had such raving reviews from what I've seen from the past reviews years ago. Complained about prices going up so they have to change lunch special from 7.99 to 10.99. Also says all other middle eastern food has gone up double around them (upsale lies.) They don't put the prices here for a reason. I bought 4 of the lunch specials and received a smaller fry then even McDonald's small fries, a unloved gyro, and a can of coke for 10.99+ tax. This place is a disgrace to Mediterranean food and is by far the greediest establishment I've ever been to in my whole life. Poor/greed driven owner and a son who looked defeated (even his son knows its going to fail eventually.) Using past reviews to keep this failing establishment up? Pitiful"

"Small, intimate family run restaurant next to Kroger. I had the fresh lamb on salad which was very fresh, delicious and light. The shaheena yogurt was also refreshing. Will return."

"Horrible place. I was not impressed. The guy working there had no interest in being there. The pans visible were not clean, stoves were not clean. The guy working was talking so loudly on the phone while "making" my food. His hands were not clean while handling my food. Think twice before coming here.. I don't understand the other reviews that rate this place highly."

"I Order and when I went to picked it up they told me they forgot to make it. I told them I didn’t have time to wait and to cancel my order, they guy told me he didn’t know how to do it. To wait or come back later. I didn’t have another choice to come back later. I got the food and was terrible, the chicken was so dry and fries were from frozen bag, Salad was wilted. After I saw the food, I realize it was too overpriced and online price are wrong. Be aware. Definitely not recommend this place."
