"I love taco casa, and I have never had to leave any TC a bad review! BUT, we pulled through the drive thru and sat there and no one came through the speaker. We pulled up to the window and the skinny white guy with no name tag was extremely rude and unprofessional. “Can I help you?” With a tone of frustration. We mentioned that the speaker doesn’t work so we wanted to place our order. Instead of just taking our order, he decides to argue there’s nothing wrong with the speaker. Then he said “JUST HURRY and order it’s cold” then Some girl comes up behind him and says “our speaker system works fine.” Okay, so we place an order for a MEAT burrito and crunchy taco… He again reiterates “for your information, our speaker system works fine!” At this point we don’t really care of it works, we just want food. We drive off, and realized they gave me a BEAN burrito instead. If he had been less concerned with rushing us, and actually listened maybe my order would’ve been right. So from beginning to end, horrible experience! If you don’t want to work in customer service, find a new job."

"They seldom mess up orders but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There are two ladies who work in the evening who always just stare at you instead of offering a pleasantry to your order. I'm here quite often and it's always the same sour attitudes...I figured I'd say something about it, tonight."

"Never had a problem at this location. The food is always fresh and from what I can tell cooked to order as there is always a small wait time. (Nothing unreasonable like maybe 5 mins max) I will note this location is built off the side of a corner store and while the food is great the drive through is less then normal sized. If you have a long truck bed or trailer I wouldn't advise attempting to drive through. but also the drive through exit is right off a highway exit/stop light. There is a curb separating the drive through exit from the actual street and while its easy to exit the curb is pretty angled so if your not paying attention when exiting to the right you will almost always hit the curb and its not soft or rounded, its pretty jagged from all the cars and obvious marks of it being hit, so save your self a flat tire and make a wide turn. "

"This place is awesome. It's like a way better version of taco bell. It blows taco bell out the water! The large sweet tea is only $1 and they have great specials depending on what day of the week it is. My only issue is the line gets pretty long when it's hot out. Other than that the place is fantastic. The meat and cheese to lettuce ratio is the best around. They don't jip you on the meat like other places they really hook you up. The sweat tea is some of the best around. It can compete with chicken expresses just not as sweet."
