"The breakfast was very good. Took them longer to make our coffee than it did to get our food (speedy service) & they are very understanding with the homeless population that tends to linger about."

"1/20/24 I’m not one to write bad reviews but tonight’s experience i have too. I ordered my food. Was told to pulll to the 2nd window and they brought my food and i told the guy i was missing my drinks. & he never came back. Thats when i realized they took my order wrong at the drive thru. So i decided to go inside. 1. They took my order wrong so I had to PAY extra for my drinks and fries. As soon as i walk in the girl working said “ oh the girls from the car are here” and they Laughed.. even the manager or shift supervisor which is a guy. As someone who is also a shift supervisor i found it immature and stupid. Especially when your customers can hear you and are standing there. They took for ever to take our order there was a line in the front lobby. Finally the girl came and took the order and i asked who was working the window. She just said to talk to the manager and i just decided to order my food bc obviously i was already wasting my time there and having to go inside. Then the manager came to talk to me and i asked who was working the window all he said was “my co-worker” and i just told him that the guy was taking orders wrong and i had to pay EXTRA for whatever i was missing. He said i couldve just told him and he would have given it to me. He then offered to give me extra food even though i told him i didnt want extra food. I just wanted him to know what was going on. I get it. They are kids working but also if you cant handle a fast paced place dont work there. What really made me mad was the fact they laughed when we walked inside. That’s just a big NO. Do better as a leader to your co workers."

"Order 4 fish fillets. Hardly any tartar sauce on any of it. Very dry! It was buy one, get one for a dollar. I believe the fish fillet Patty has shrunken to a smaller size probably for this deal specifically. They gave me one little cup of free tartar sauce for four sandwiches. I showed Eduardo the sandwich quality and they wanted to charge me for another cup... sandwich and service is low quality, trashy... this tells you about the management.. not recommended"

"The young man that works the drive through in the morning is very rude. Every time he is rude to me, I am going to put a review on the internet. ALSO, I asked for a Frappe and he told me they were not selling Frappe's today. 5 minutes later my husband walks inside the restaurant and ordered a Frappe and he was given a Frappe. SERVICE IS POOR AT THIS LOCATION."

"Crew was struggling after 2pm. Ice cream machine not working before 8pm?! Order was done online. After waiting 5-8 minutes I speak with manager. I asked why except an order you can’t fill. I go to the restroom come back. Another customer points out that she was given her shake order but it wasn’t made right. Weird. The store usually does a better job on my other visits."
