"This is the worst location I have ever been to. Without fail they are out of either rice or meat. Every time I go there I have to wait for them to cook something. They spend so much time focused on the drive thru and neglect the in store customers. The manager just says their busy and can't keep up, but none of the other locations near me have this issue. We will not be going to this location anymore."

"Total mess at 6:30 pm, with dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and not enough staff. 30 minutes to get through line. We will definitely not be back to this location, even though it is the closest to us."

"I have not visited this location and my wife and I were in the mood for some burrito bowls. I waited about 15 minutes and was surprised to find that they were out of black beans and scraping the bottom of the brown rice. I asked the young girl and she said they would not have anymore! 6pm and no beans, people waiting around for steak. Counters had not been wiped down in probably a good while."

"Used the Chipotlane to pickup our order. When we got home, we noticed the tacos had almost no ingredients. What made us return the food was the rice was raw and undercooked. I drove back to the store, spoke to the manager, who clearly couldn't careless. I told her that I wanted my meal made over. When I went to the order line, all of the ingredients were out and the it was 7:30 p.m. I said nevermind, I'd like a refund. The manager was no longer available, I waited 10 mins more. The manager finally came and told me that she couldn't give me a refund. Then another customer enters who was also returning her food because her rice was raw. Then a person in the lobby also said their rice was raw. The manager was so rude. I asked for her name so that I could call customer service and she said no. She said she wasn't giving me her name, because I did not need it to get a refund. She argued with me, and finally as I was leaving another customer suggested that I take a picture of her, when I went back, another employee told me her name was Christina! Please fire her, she has a terrible attitude, and isn't management material."

"Quick service on a to go order on a weekday afternoon. I recommend their new Carne Asada bowl. The kids meals are affordable and they come with plenty of food."
