"What is the point of the timer online? I placed my order and it indicated a 17-21 min wait. Upon my arrival, I was told a 45 min wait………… Another customer order said it was a 30 min wait. She waited at home and arrived according to the timer and still waited 40 minutes for her food. The young lady at the counter was not helpful, not sure if the didn’t care or was overwhelmed. EVERY customer coming in is complaining of wait times. I am not sure that it would be so bad waiting considering the holiday , HOWEVER there is no accountability for their being behind and ZERO communication. Looking through the window watching kitchen staff, NO ONE is wearing gloves. SMH — I watched someone wipe their hands off in a dirty towel……. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better WING STOP, staffing the right people for the workload is essential. Not arguing with customers about wait times would be helpful too. When I got home, we didn’t get all of our food either. What we got tasted good, but if I am going to pay this much, I should get it….. especially after 45 min wait. Never again….,, I’ll go to K-Pop next time."

"You see these fries? They are black. Are they rotten? Probably and were soggy too. Disgusting. My lemon pepper wings were plain with a dash of seasoning. I had to reseason them myself. What a joke"

"Had no issues with the staff nor the store. However the chicken smelled NASTY and spoiled. We tried eating it but couldn’t. Sad I spent a lot of money for the wings we never ate. UPDATE - spoke to the manager and they were very kind and worked with me. They are immediately checking the mild sauce to see why it didn’t smell good or taste good."

"Do the people around here not know how to make fresh food? Do yall not know of flavor or seasoning? This gotta be one of the most sorriest Wingstops. I mean these reviews aren't lying. How come there is no change here? Is it corporate ran? If so someone needs to come and make some changes. When I first moved into the area, I ordered here I told the cashier I was scared to eat here because of the reviews on Google. She laughed and told me she would make sure my food was fresh. And it was. I've returned a few times after and the food is bogus. Aren't yall suppose to blanch the fries? It don't even seem like yall do. Wingstop is known for their fries. These are the most undercooked nastiest fries ever. Even the ranch be tasting different like they dont even follow the original recipe. Just recently my husband and I ordered from here which prompted me to leave this review. We usually get bone-in wings but we wanted to try the boneless wing deal and it was trash. The sauce made the wings cold. There was a piece of hair in the ranch. I don't know if it's the location, management, or because it looks like they got teenagers running this place but man get it together. I going to post a pic of how yalls fries should look(which is from another location) And then the ones this location serves!!"

"My order was disgusting. The fries were all different sizes i couldn’t figure out if they were wedges or fries they were all mixed together. they were not fresh and they were cold. i asked for well done chicken . it was not cooked to well done and was soggy from the pile of grease as though they didn’t drain them. this location has too many teens and as many times as I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt it’s a big disappointment. I spent $15 on a meal that I had to trash."
