"March 2024 Downgrading review. I typically dine late and it’s seems they have made a conscious decision to serve trash. Order fries and only half the container is edible. They stuff the bottom with crumbs and the butts of the potato that are ALWAYS undercooked. I wish there was someplace else near by that I liked and offered better quality. Customer service is exceptional! Food is always inconsistent and I sometimes question why I visit here because I will inevitably lose money. One visit excessive salt on fries, next visit just right, third visit no salt. One day full fries and next visit full fries on top and crumbs on the bottom. Never knowing what you’re going to get is tough especially when the food is expensive for what you’re getting."

"I’ve been to this location so many times in the past and they have always gotten my order correct so these past couple of times I went They have gotten my order wrong 4 times I’ve called 4 times each time they apologized and were very nice and understanding. Today I called them and their manager how was very rude may I add essentially told me that the bagger can’t check the food well no duh Ik that but if there’s a problem shouldn’t you tell your line to be careful and read the orders right? I don’t have time to sit there and check my order each time it comes out of that place. And when I told her she began to backtrack and say that’s not what she meant. So safe to say I will not be returning unless there are major changes. Corporate will be contacted for this issue as they don’t want to fix their issue with me."

"This is really good food, served up fast, for a reasonable price. Not a major part of a healthy diet, but good to enjoy from time to time. The pleasant attitude of every worker in the store makes this a pleasurable place to eat. Can be a little noisy when large numbers of small children are there. For fast food dining in, Chick-fil-A is an excellent choice."

"I had the most pleasant experience at the drive-through, a young lady by the name of Abigail brightened up my day with her positive energy and professionalism. As i was pulling up, another staff member by the name of Isaiah told her she talks too much, it was extremely rude and I was shocked that he would say that in front of a customer. I would’ve left a one star review if Abigail had not brightened up the whole situation with her great attitude. Don’t listen to the haters Abigail, do your thing girl!"
