"I’m really disappointed in the customer service and employees from here, especially an employee called Anna. This is the second time I ask for a drink and she tells me she can’t do it, then I asked who else can make the drink; but she said no one else can make it. If she’s working as a barista it logically makes sense that she knows how to make all the drink available in the board/menu. The second time I asked for the same drink it was around 2 weeks after the first time I asked, so I expecting her to know how to make it by now but apparently she doesn’t."

"Horrible Horrible Expirience!! I had sent my husband to get me a medicine ball . I ddi jot go because i was feeling under the weather and no i did not have covid i tested and came out negative . But when my husband arrived at the window to get his drink he explained to me that the Stabucks Employee didn’t even wanna reach out to give him his drink he was hiding behind the “window”. Because i dont know if he tought he was sick wich if he was he would’ve told him himself to just put it down so he could reach for it but he was very exaggerating about the whole situation it was unnecessary and very rude . He was male & had colored eye contacts and lipgloss . My husband did not catch his name because he was very frustrated ! STARBUCKS PLS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE"
