"So this small BW's is ten minutes from my home and I ordered Garlic Parmesan only to be left highly heated and disappointed. I always tell my husband to always check the food and he didn't. Can't call to this location but they had the audacity to give me some old dried up wings!!!! I will go to the main one because they make sure your stuff is done correctly. I'm start calling BW's LEGION because they straight lied and played in my face with this order! My husband said my food wasn't even ready when he got there. I was served with some old wings with someone old box bc the box was wet and soggy and as you can see the chicken is drier then the Taranto Desert. Chicken was stiff and hard and no sauce lol yea I'm good on this location. If you order from here, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I would like a REFUND please."

"I don’t know who has reviewed this place Poorly but every time we get wings from her versus the normal store, they are way less greasy and always great. Tonight,‘I accidentally Clicked pickup instead of delivery. After waiting a while I rechecked the order and saw my mistake. I called and without hesitation the staff remade the order for me to pickup fresh food since our original order sat there for about 40 minutes. They called when the new order Was ready as well. Love this place!"

"Prefer this small to go location over the full service restaurant closests to my neighborhood. Staff is always friendly. The only issue is they tend to run behind 10-15 minutes past the estimated pick up time. I just know to show up later."

"Look at the food I received. I ordered 3 tenders with honey garlic sauce for my kids since they can not eat spicy food. This is what I got. This is the picture I took as soon as i opepned the box didn't even touch the food. I carried the food very carefully, so they packed the food like that. Tenders were all broken into messy pieces with wrong sauce which was buffalo or very spicy garlic sauce. They look like leftover someone already ate!! This is gross!!! I called for a refund! They were not even busy had only my order to make. Y'all need to do better!"
