"Came in today to get dinner for the family. After checking in to spot 2, the manager Austin came out to inform us that the shake machine had just started getting cleaned. He gave me a free sweet tea and wrote on my receipt to come back for my shake anytime. It's the little things that really matter. Whataburger has a great employee right here!"

"THIS IS WHY YALLS FOOD ORDER IS LATE!! THE EMPLOYEES JUST CHILL AND TALK WHILE CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD.. I ASKED IF I CAN CANCEL THE ORDER 30 mins HAVE PASSED MANAGER CAME AND SNATCH THE RECEIPT DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE. I OVER HEARD HER SAY DID YALL FORGET TO MAKE THE ORDER AND BAM!! Food received within 5 mins TF?"

"My 1st and last time giving my business to the place again. Placed my order throught the drive through at 5:00. The total was too low for what we ordered and since it had started to pour rain we waited to get to the window to address it. Get to the window and they only rung up 1 of the 4 orders we placed. So we give them the full order again and the cashier reads it back to us correctly. We pay and he hands us 1 of our orders, our drinks then ask us to pull forward to the parking lot and he would bring out the order since it was in the making. At this point it's 5:20. My husband touches the fries for the order and they are ice cold from sitting out as they were sorting our order out. That should have been my 1st red flag. We sit for for another 15 minutes and he brings the food out. I opened the bag and knew immediately it was someone else's order. Pissed at this point with a car full of hungry kids I take the whole order with the receipt inside and asked to speak with the Manager. He says that the order will be remade right away as he takes the receipt to the back. I wait another 15 minutes on my new order and he brings it out and also repeats the order back correctly. I take it to my car and give it to my kids. 1 in particular hates cheese and showed me his burger and these people used a patty that had cheese on it and scraped it off of his sandwich (pic included). Will never get another dollar from me."

"Best Whataburger experience I have had. We walked into a clean restaurant and where greeted by the manager on duty. He was running the register and repeated our order. Our food was out in 10 minutes!!!! This is huge for Whataburger. It was fresh and tasted great. Check out this location if you are in the area."

"Raw chicken strips. Was craving this so bad all day. Such a huge let down. Buffalo sauce and ranch tastes like it is expired. Last time coming to this one. Given it too many chances. Seems to be getting worse."
