Reviews of Fatburger
"My friend The fries are good and the onion rings are ok. The burger however is very dry and bland. It could use more seasoning and less time cooking. The milkshakes are the best thing here. They are very delicious I had a strawberry banana one. Our server had long black hair that mostly covered his face and he was very monotone. I believe his name was Estevan. The actual service was fine, but whenever our server was not with us, he was sitting down at a table behind us in another section, and he was sitting down with two girls, and whenever he would be sitting down with them, they would be laughing and pointing in our direction, my friend and I didn’t think too much of it till it kept happening and then we weren’t sure what we did wrong wasn’t very professional but whenever he was serving us, he did fine. I know this place is pretty new so I am trying to give grace but there is still some work to be done."
"Server was very dry and monotone. He took forever to come refill my drink. He was generally just wandering around and sitting with a table of girls and talking to them and pointing at us. Food was overall very good, i got wings."
"We went at 5pm on a Monday evening. Upon entering we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Our server, Diego, greeted us promptly. As this was our first experience we had lots of questions which were answered knowledgeably. We received our meal in minimal time. It was hot and correct. I had the crispy chicken sandwich, she had the Works burger. We shared an order of onion rings. All was delicious! Happy hour is 4 to 6pm daily and includes $4.00 margaritas on Mondays. Large screen TV's adorned the wall above the bar. This will be a great game day experience! During our visit the local evening news was on. I didn't mind at all as I enjoy this time. Having "closed captioning" turned on would have made a better viewing experience. Managers take note. The dining area was quite nice with ample seating. An outdoor seating area is also available with heaters. During our visit, a very bright evening sun was setting and there were only two tables that would allow one to escape the blinding light. It was miserable and no shades or blinds to be drawn to alleviate this. The store has recently opened so I hope this is a consideration that will be forthcoming. They also have a pizza menu as well as a burger menu. That will wait for another visit! We will certainly return and hope to have Diego as our server. He is a bright young man and very ambitious. He has leadership qualities! Went again this evening 12.23. Had the 1000 Island Burger, Twists, and the chili cheese fries. You really won't be disappointed!"
"Not bad. My son loves the burgers and says the milkshakes are the best. I ordered the pizza, and it was good. It's a bit pricey, but better than fast food. The service was decent and fast. We've been twice now and it was basically empty each time. Maybe we are going during non-peak times, not sure. Music is a bit loud, and gives almost a bar type vibe."
"I really want to love this place, and I hope I do - eventually. They are working the kinks out with their opening and it has not gone smoothly at all. I've never been to a Fatburger or a Round Table Pizza before and this location has both. I was a bit surprised at the pricing, as it seems a bit expensive but I'm not sure how they are priced elsewhere. I love that you can order from either menu instead of having to 'choose a side'. LOL We had a party of 6 (5 and a toddler) and were seated quickly on a Friday night. They gave us a large booth in the back which was perfect! We ordered a chocolate shake, waters and Polynesian wings while we were looking at the menu. The wings came out fairly quickly so we were really excited about the service. It went down from there, unfortunately when the shake took about 30 more minutes to come out and we still had no estimated time on our food. The adults ordered burgers and we got a personal pizza for the baby. We know the burgers may take longer but after another 30 minutes we asked about our food. The server returned apologetic that the order somehow didn't make it to the kitchen's screen and they were trying to get it out as quickly as possible. That took another 20 minutes or so. My husband was very frustrated and ready to leave long before but we stuck it out. We did get an order of the garlic parmesan twists that came out before our food and both the wings and the twists were delicious. The pepperoni pizza was pretty good, it had a nice zing to it. I was not impressed with the handmade onion rings at all. The skinny fries and the fat fries were both pretty good. My burger was okay, nothing to write home about. It was just a cheeseburger. My son got the Western Bacon BBQ Fatburger and he said he enjoyed it but wasn't overly impressed. He said the shake was very good but we had to clean the glass up a lot before he could even try it. No one else had much to say about their burgers. The vibe is cool, it was pretty loud in there but it was fun, the wings are great, the service needs some additional work as does the food in general. We won't let this be our last opinion on the restaurant. We will give it some time and try again. Honestly, I was hoping we would be able to overlook the golf course while eating but I didn't see an area to do that. The bar area is pretty cool and there are TVs for watching sports. Hoping they continue to improve."
