"If Panera is on your way to work, you should get the unlimited sip club, especially when it's on sale. Grab a coffee or tea to start the day daily with the price under $10 (when there's a promotion) for a month is just a good deal. The regular price for unlimited sip club is $12.98 +tax. I like to make my own drinks, so I enjoy the walk-in and DIY. The picture is the milk tea that I customized."
"I paid $8 for this soup in the bread and well done. This is a great example of how to steal peoples money. 5 spoons of soup and the rest goes to trash ( please see attached). This management has to find a better way how to make customers happy and eat for what they paid for, not throwing it to the trash. I wouldn’t go a second time to all locations of Panera Bread. Thank you for stealing my money. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. My Sincere appreciation O.K"
"$6 for a grilled chicken avocado half sandwich and see pics of what I received....it's been over a decade since I've eaten at a Panera bread and was shocked to get a thin layer of shredded chicken with a small piece of browning avocado in the corner. So unfortunate how restaurants are cutting all the corners but charging more. The preps took no care to put a fresh slice of avocado on the sandwich or to center it (for presentation)...and why are there chick peas in the turkey chili? The worst part is having to explain why this is unacceptable when it cost $26 for 2 small chili cups and 2 HALF sandwiches. How can anyone feel good about serving this? Food is life! The manager was superb, professional and provided full refund. Everyone courteous."
