"Cj(he would not give me his actual name) he was the manager working tonight taking orders. He made a mistake ringing up my order. I had a reward for a free sandwich. I gave him the code, and also ordered a small fry. He made a mistake and then He voided the order and wasted my reward… he would not do anything about it and blamed the app, when it was his fault. He was very uncaring and rude. I get coffee almost everyday from McDonald’s, I am disappointed with how I was treated when I know he could’ve helped me. He was hateful. My reward was wasted and points are gone. As a person who has worked in the food/ restaurant industry for years… I’m disappointed with how he unprofessionally handled the situation."

"To be honest, this is one of the worst experiences I had at a McDonald's! I went in to get my McRib fix. I like it with am extra meat, extra pickles, substitute dehydrated onions, and extra dehydrated onions. The cashier doesn't know what a dehydrated onion is, so I explain that they're the double cheeseburger onions. He goes oh and rings me up. My total was high. He said it was correct, so I paid. As soon as I got my receipt, I realized he charged me for a double cheeseburger extra onions.. Spoke with the manager, and she said their boiled onions. Everyone and their mama these days has worked at a McDonald's at one point in their life, including myself. I know what they're called! The manager refused to give me a refund, and I was stuck with a double cheeseburger that didn't get eaten. Thanks"

"Rude staff at the counter. Food runner was a gentleman. Burger was barely wrapped. Nuggets covered in grease. This location needs to close the dining room if they can't handle it. Alarms consistently go off for extended amounts of time. No one is really bothered with customer service inside. Drive through is usually quick and polite, but the new guy definitely doesn't need to be on morning rush."

"This food place is very busy and fairly clean. The employees are very patient with the customers here and thats great. Bathroom was clean food was hot . Great job McDonald's. Happy meal was off the chain with the nuggets for the kids but i ate one. We love coming here because it always cool and the people are cool as well. Keep up the good work dealing with us crazy hungry customers. You all ate great."
