"This used to be my favorite location for many years, until I got a long black hair in my cold burger. The employees were no help and told me to call “customer support” rather than just refunding my card. Don’t trust a team full of high schoolers, they do not understand hospitality in the workplace."
"While waiting on my food inside, I witnessed an employee bad mouth a customer in the drive thru for not noticing him being out their food. Mind you, it's raining and most have their windows up. When employees publicly bash customers then you really have to look at management and the way the facility is ran. Consistently have issues at this establishment and as much as I love Whataburger chain, this particular location seems to have some serious issues."
"I’m not sure how hard it is to do certain things as I’ve never done fast food. But, if you can’t provide onion rings I assume you inform the customer not try to slip in fries and hope they won’t notice. When they ask for a specific number of ketchup, you at least give them one if not the number they asked for. When I think of whataburger my first thought shouldn’t be “ stale overpriced fries” but here we are. And 9 times out of 10 I’m right unfortunately."
"I'm not sure what's wrong with this Whataburger overnight but I consistently have to get my stuff remade. Tonight Joshua was the cashier and some younger guys was the cooks. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to get my stuff remade. Then I decide to give them another chance tonight and they mess it up again. I asked for a special request and they are gonna talk to each other in the back saying "that's not what I heard that bitc* say. Unprofessional and nasty. During the daytime it's ok but at night avoid it like the plauge."
