"Great food Customer service could be better But overall it’s a hood spot"

"The quality of the food was good, however, I placed an order for 50 wings and 10 of the wings were missing. I called to try to see if I can get the rest of the wings but the lady I spoke to on the phone told me I would have to take the entire order back so they can check what is missing. I understand that they have to be sure the food was actually missing, but if that’s their “policy” it doesn’t seem very sanitary. She told me that without taking the entire order back there was nothing that can be done. She also was not very pleasant while I spoke with her. If it would’ve been a couple of wings, it wouldn’t have been that big of a deal, but this was 10 wings from a 50 wings order that cost quite a bit."

"Wingstop be charging too much for these idiots to be playing around with your food and money! Tell me why, they charged me for ranch that is supposed to already come with your order. Be extra careful with the scam artists at this location. Terrible service and even worse attitudes."

"Horrible customer service!!! They got my order wrong when I asked for all flats. I checked before I left once I told the cashier she took my wings back then rolled her eyes (bigger Hispanic girl with glasses and acne). Not only that but the Manager with colored braids scolded the girl who took my order (black girl but she was sweet) right infront of us customers instead of pulling her aside to correct the issue. You can see how embarrassed the girl was when it was a simple mistake. Very dissatisfying service and horrible management."

"I order food online and the person who answered the phone was so rude and kept cutting me off and didn’t repeat my order back to me and just hung up. When I got to the store my drink was just carbonated and they gave me bone in wing when I asked for boneless and the dude up front said he repeated my order which he didn’t and I told him that who ever answered the phone was very rude and he said it was him and he did not care at all, and wanted to argue with me saying he was not rude and now I’m having to wait and extra 20 mins after I order over the phone and it took an hour. I finally got my correct order and it was so sloppy and had random fries in the sauce with my wings WORST WINGSTOP EVER!!!!! Will not be back!!!"
