"Not a good location. Came around noon on a Sunday and they had very little available. No plain glazed available and the worker refused to make a new batch even though they close at 8pm and we were willing to wait. This is a pic of what they had available….there is a better location just down the street"

"I went to get some hot glazed at 8:20am I was told there none and there would be a 20 minute wait and then last ones were dropped and hr prior. I drove to the next Shipley’s. To put it in perspective the next location had got glazed donuts and only a 3 minute wait to get fresher ones. It was completely unacceptable. They need new people in the back asap.. the next location is just 5 minutes away."

"The food at shipleys is always delicious. This location however does not make new batches of donuts often. They never have fresh glaze in stocks but they are still good."

"After visiting, I entirely understand why these donuts are king in the Houston area. They use an old fashioned style donut, and generously top them. The selection is vast, and the donuts are undeniably fresh. It's really special to see a place making their own donuts nowadays. We really enjoyed the specialty donuts and that there are fresh Kolaches too!"
