"I entered the McDonald's attempting to use the koisk but had trouble, rang the bell but it was never answered. I approached the counter and tried request assistance from an employee who looked up at me, ignoring me. I asked her several times before she looked up again and said, You talking to me? I answered that I was. She cursed me and went back too ignoring me. I requested to speak with manager. The manager was respectful, courteous and professional. She assured the issued would be promptly handled and addressed. Accolades to McDonald's for their choice in management at this location."

"Since companies don't care for anything under 5 stars. The employees are great, just probably overworked. Food is either seasoned well or haphazardly put together (I enjoy when the condiments are put evenly on my burger/sandwich instead of on one side. If you don't ask for ketchup you won't get any. There's been only one time when they forgot something to my order, but they handled it when I brought it up (couldn't go back at the time so I called) Would I visit again? Yes, so long as there's no line"

"I did a curbside order because I had to drop my car off. When I got to my destination I realized I didn’t receive part of my order. So I had to get a ride to go back to get my fries and the manger caught an attitude with me and accused me of lying. She was very unprofessional and rude I won’t be returning"

"My experiences here are never great but its location is convenient. This morning however my experience was terrible. I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was one dollar with my app code. I gave them my code and when I got to the window I noticed the sandwich was rung up at regular price. I asked the lady why I didn’t get the deal and she told me that the code wasn’t working. I asked her why and she couldn’t give me any response other than did I want the order or no. I told her I did not want the breakfast sandwich because the only reason I was getting it was because of the deal. I told her I would just take my macchiato. I paid and went to the next window. The lady came to the window with my drink, and my macchiato did not have any caramel drizzle which I had paid for. I told her that I wanted caramel drizzle she told me that I had to pay for caramel drizzle . I showed her my receipt as she tried to just hand me the coffee, without even looking at it she rudely repeated you must to pay for caramel drizzle. I told her to look at my receipt because I did. She finally put about 5 cents worth of caramel in my coffee with an attitude. If I had not been on my way to work and had extra time I would’ve gone in and spoken to management. I will not be patronizing them again!"
