"Bad customer service, cashier at register 1 who’s Hispanic was extremely rude, we ordered 4 bacon Gouda sandwiches, two orders did not even have bacon in the sandwich, the coffee and tea are super sweet. The team needed to be rechecked with customer service, food and drink quality by whoever run this location"

"Very quiet location near gate C33. There were lesser customers than other stores but the staffs looked very exhausted already at 10am. They were too busy with their smartphone . The steamed milk was unattended 1-2minutes."
"Please close down this store. Employees are rude and will intentionally take wrong order and will put your wrong name on the order and you will be waiting there forever and miss your flight. It happened to me twice. Second time today there were only 2-3 guests and worst behavior. Can’t believe it is fulfilling Starbuck’s any core values and still running."
