"Food and beverages came out as expected, which was nice. 4 or 5 partners standing around chatting, while only 4 partners working, which wouldn't be a problem if the cafe didn't desperately need to be cleaned."
"I just had a disheartening encounter at the Starbucks located on Terminal A, where my order was tossed at me, accompanied by unwarranted shouting by the lady named “Tryce” or something like that. This incident has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the customer service at this particular establishment. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize respectful and courteous interactions with patrons to maintain a positive reputation and loyal customer base. This regrettable incident has left such a negative impression that I have decided I will no longer patronize Starbucks. Customer loyalty is built on positive experiences, and unfortunately, my encounter at this location has led me to seek alternatives for my coffee needs. It's my hope that Starbucks takes steps to address such issues and ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers."
"This is a great Starbucks. Oasis during exhausting travel. My wife and I went couple of times when our flight to NYC got cancelled and had to be in hotel over night and comped breakfast the next day. It was my wife's birthday and the staff were super sweet and everything tasted great. Otherwise miserable day made better by this crew, food & drink, and Starbucks. People want to complain about an Airport Starbucks then talk about Hobby airport maybe, but this one has consistently had happy and camaraderie filled staff."
"I ordered 1 spinach feta wrap and a short height, wheatish brown employee there with black and pink braiding took my ordered and doubled it asking for help from her to change it she side lined me and when some other employee helped me she was super rude and said that’s what she said!! Girl you don’t act like this when I am being nice with a smile no matter what you did with my order!!"
