"Hands down the worse shipleys I’ve been to. Stopped one morning for a Kolache, when handed my bag my bag was warm, however by the time I made it to work (2 mins down the road) my bread was about as hard as cardboard. Seems the kolaches were warmed up opposed to being fresh. Weeks have passed and today I decided to give them another chance smh why did I do that!! Once again my kolache was not fresh, mind you it’s 8:00am. My kolache definitely taste like it was from some days ago and warmed in a microwave. Nothing about this place says FRESH! The kolaches and the gas station are fresher then the ones they are serving here! ;("
"I ordered for 4 jelly filled donuts... to be specific I asked for 2 strawberry filled and 2 lemon filled donuts but that's not what I got; however I did get the 2 lemon filled but instead of the strawberry filled Donuts I got two strawberry icing tops Donuts that's not what I asked for I specifically said strawberry field because I can't eat icing topped anything.. it makes no sense that I had to go to another Shipley's location to get the right type of Donuts that I ordered and asked for. This location employee needs to Start rechecking or repeating the order to the customer to make sure they have the order right before they go and put the donuts in the bag and hand it to the customer that would fix any miscommunications or misunderstandings between the customer and the employees."
"Not sure what happened to this shop but they always give cold donuts. Even when I ask them to be warm. They are friendly but food has gotten worse. Find myself leaving my neighborhood now cause of it. Management needs to be improved."
