"Ordered online and came through drive through for pickup. Lady asked me to stay at the speaker instead of pulling forward to the window even though no one was at the window. They obviously were focused on their drive though time cause I wasn’t asked to pull up until my food was ready which was a good 5 minutes on top of waiting 15 just to get to the speaker. Get better employees"

"This is an incredible establishment. I’ve lived in Mansfield for nearly my entire life, and every time I’ve come here, they have never gotten my order right a single time. Sometimes they even add stuff that isn’t even supposed to be on what I ordered. That’s a fairly incredible feat in my opinion. In all seriousness though, there’s no such thing as a nice Taco Bell, but this one just happens to be the worst."

"They don't acknowledge anyone when you walk in. Stood there for 5 minutes and no one said anything... Only continued to serve the drive thru that only had 1 car...so we left."

"We got here about 9:30 Saturday evening. The quality of food and service her here is just in continuous decline. We stood at the register waiting to order while watching 4 people standing in back just chit chatting and laughing. Finally ordered and I couldn't believe what we received. The burrito I ordered is below. A bit of sauce and some cheese and nothing but tortilla. This is the 2nd time in a few weeks. I don't think I'll be coming back."
