Starbucks

"I ordered a Venti Iced chai with cold foam...half of my drink was foam. This is not the first time this has happened unfortunately and I didn't have time to stay and ask they make a new drink. Makes me sad:/"

"This Starbucks location has limited seating and is peaceful, ideal for working or reading a book while enjoying coffee. However, I'm not quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the tables here. Each table seems to have crumbs or leftover coffee straws. It's surprising that the staff here doesn't seem to pay much attention to the cleanliness of the store."

"I give it 2 stars because while the coffee is great as well as service..the company it's self is just wack. Used to go to Starbucks 3 times a week. But after getting rid of the BOGO promo and raising prices several times, then seeing that the company makes record profit all while saying prices went up because distribution problems. They are just not worth almost $7 a cup anymore. Companies are in business to make money but then there is greed...and their prices with profit...GREED! so now we go about 1-2 a month."

"The customer service and customer experience at this location is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The lack of ability to do your job, care about customers, and make the drink correctly and get annoyed when the customer politely asks for the correct drink is astounding. Incompetence at its finest. I went in today, waited for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged, finally placed my order and they took my personal cup and set it aside for 7 minutes before my drink was even started. An additional 5 minutes goes by and they finally make my drink but it was iced when I asked for hot, the barista got annoyed, dumped the drink and my cup sat again for 10 minutes. Finally got my drink after half an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better."

"This location is more focused on their drive-thru than the people inside. It's like everyone in there ( five staffs) working on the drive-thru and not taking any one order. When I walked in there was two people standing in line. I decided stand in line, after about 2 minutes I left I rather go down the street to scooters. Faster service & more quality products . First and last time at this location"
