Whataburger

"Went to this location after seeing a slight line at the location on Bridge Street at 11pm. Drove an extra 4 miles to order here and went back by the Bridge Street location; would have been 2 cars away from the window still had we stayed in that line. Very impressed with the service speed and the fact that they don't "park" you and make you wait an extra 10 minutes like the location on Bridge. Service was friendly and efficient, food tasted fresh."

"I live whataburger and attempt to eat here as often as I can. This location has a mix of attitudes on staff. It seemed like the vast majority had no interest in customer service. A couple did which redeemed the situation. The food was good. I just wished the staff were kinder and the management made the environment a place where men and women wanted to return to work."

"I have repeatedly tried to order from this particular Whataburger with limited success. My order is never made correct. My fries are never fresh as well as half empty, and the customer service is lacking. Today they were arguing about who was responsible for making my shake while I stood there with my food for at least 5 minutes. Also young man behind the counter needs to remember that there are customers in the lobby and he needs to watch the foul language. I've had a customer service request open with this store for over 30 days and have called the Customer Support 3 times without any response."
