"More than 20 minutes in line. There was only one person and then another showed up then they both disappeared in the back for a few minutes doing God knows what while there's a whole line of people that have been waiting for a very long time. It's absolutely ridiculous."

"This is the Starbucks coffee shop at Pearland Target Supermarket. While waiting in line, it was my turn to order drinks. The clerk began to chat with them for a long time. They didn't care that many people were waiting in line. When I told her what I wanted, she was arrogant and said she didn't understand. It was really an unpleasant experience. I don't want to go to this store anymore."

"I got less than 4hrs sleep last night & always order something hot, but wanted something cold today. Sabrea was very patient, helped me decide on a drink, made sure it had a shot of espresso, and even stood by to make sure it was sweet enough for me. When I needed it sweeter, she didn't complain. She just figured out which syrup would be best & made sure I loved my drink. Very pleasant experience!! (I've also been helped by Andrew in the past, & he was amazing!)"

I have no problem waiting for quality and that's what I get when I come to this location. The baristas are friendly and make a genuine effort to get to know you and your preferences."
