"I hate giving poor reviews but this is the sbux inside Randall’s. They are extremely slow and my simple coffee order was screwed up. I only come here when I shop at Randall’s otherwise just go to the silverlake starbucks."

"Order a mobile order for pick up time 7:15 ask barista for an order status, and she just proceeded rudely to say “we working on it”.Customers comes in after me place a counter offer and receive order before me. I proceed to as the barista for status again, just rudely tells me now we don’t have your order. I ask for manager, and the rude barista that has horrible customer service is the manager. I’m appraused that Starbucks or giving leadership roles to any barista."

"So I came to this Starbucks bcz it’s on my way home but never again. I can’t understand how you mess up a lrg iced sweet black tea extra sweet w/simple syrup?!? My tea barely has ice (bcz it was melted) and most definitely barely tasted like it had any sweet let alone tasted like tea…probably bcz it was watered down. It did not have 8 pumps of ss. I get this drink almost every day so I don’t understand how other place can do it right but not here. Btw: this the 3rd time I give this SB a chance."

"Tried to order the simplest drink (cold brew) and was first told “we don’t have that” then told “I don’t know how to make that”. Can’t tell if she was completely incompetent, ignorant or just lazy. We finally just walked away. This employee should never be left alone."
