"I love this place although I believe their employees are currently confused which flavor is Taro and which is Red Bean. When ordering I pointed to a picture of the drink I wanted featuring purple Taro and was corrected by the employee who said the picture was red bean and above the picture was written in permanent marker "Red Bean". The employee said he could make the drink with Taro for me. When I received the drink I noticed the tea was a light reddish color and not the usual Taro purple color. I never order red bean so I tried and it was good but definitely tasting like bean and not nutty like Taro. Not wanting to wait for a redo I went with it. Please just google Taro and you can see that Taro is a root with purple accents and red bean is of course red."

"It’s a clean place with seating and good drinks. Lots of choices. Maybe too many. The staff seemed different. There were 2 guys and 2 gals and they were super helpful and smiley which is not what I remember at this location even a year ago. This is more of a place to pick up drinks to take out or sit for 10min. It’s not a cozy vibe and the door is way too heavy for a child to open, but the bathrooms are clean and the drinks are all one large size."

"Got a matcha milk here just now and it was extremely watery tasted like water with small hints of matcha very SMALL. The other two drinks I bought were EXACTLY the same, watery. I went back right away to ask kindly to get it remade and they all rolled their eyes at me and made it even more watery than the first time! What kind of pettiness is that??!?! Horrible waste of money. They are too cheap to use proper measurements so they water down the drinks."
