"Amber is unprofessional I purchased coupons during Halloween season, and it said that it could only be redeemed by children 12 and under when we went through the drive-through, they said that they could only redeem one even though there’s three kids in the car they said we had to come inside to redeem them but yet on the back of the coupons, it did not stay anything about having to go inside then, when we went inside, she expected us to go through the line inside when she already knew what we was coming up in there for so we just left and went to the McDonald’s at the street. They politely greeted us and gave us what we ordered through the drive-through without having to go inside and go through the line twice I went back a few days later and was graded by Miss, Danielle after going there quite a few times, and being treated very nicely by her. I’ve concluded that the good outweighs the bad the food is always good. The service is always speedy and the place is always clean you couldn’t ask for more."
"It’s a 24 hours place that don’t serve what you need after hours. I went this morning about 3:30 am and they asked me if I was going to pay with cash cause they couldn’t charge my card. I told them I had a Mobil order and they replied they couldn’t pull it from the system. So I found cash to pay for my hot mocha and they said they weren’t serving that at that time cause they were cleaning the machine. I honestly think they just didn’t feel like cooking at all"

"I usually go to the one at I10 and Wilcrest almost every day after work. Yesterday I used the app and ordered my usual, a cheeseburger with no onions. I had waited like 4 mins for it in the drive thru. After I left, I looked at my cheeseburger and there were onions on it. And that wasn't the 1st time they messed up my cheeseburger. So, I called and asked for a manager. I spoke to Kathy who claims she's a GM, and she didn't speak English that well and I asked if I could speak to someone else, and she said that the manager speaks only Spanish and there's nobody there that speaks English. I knew she was lying. There were 3 employees working the drive thru that spoke English, and again I go there almost everyday, so I've seen and talked to the ones who speak English. Idk who Kathy thinks she is, but I'm a regular customer and I shouldn't have been treated that way, and she sure as hell doesn't deserve to be a GM. I made a complaint to corporate as well and I'm waiting for someone to call me. I hope someone does because they need to take this matter seriously and they owe me a cheeseburger with no onions."
