"Not happy. Missing sausage and charged for extra beacon. Ask for 2 cream and 10 packs of sugar for my coffee. I got 10 creams and 10 packs of sugar. No I did not take the sandwich back because it might not have been a peaceful look from me. I did give the 10 creamers back. What was I going to do with 10 creamer in my coffee. You got to do better, if you want better ratings. Quality Assurance"

"Closing the dinner early, treating paying customers like criminals scared that every person comes in are going to rob them. Yet, they are black ghetto folks working in that McDonald’s. You all are an embarrassment to the black community. That’s why I’m glad they removed a lot of you from the nearby locations. Thankfully they have close by locations, that have more Hispanics working in them. They do know how to conducts themselves and be professional but, that’s hard for hoodlums to do. If I can give no stars that would be my vote, for your attitude and the audacity."

"Rude manager, I asked for 2 holiday pies, and rang me up 2 spicy mcchickens and when I told her that's not what I wanted she said no.... I asked her can I get my two pies, didn't care if I had to pay. There was a girl (worker) she offered to pay for my pies and I said no, because money wasn't the fact, It was the manager being straight out rude. I'm not from Texas. I'm here for work but I rather catch an uber to the other location which folks tent to be nicer. Owner/Corp needs to follow up with that lady ASAP"

"If I could leave negative stars I would. Took forever to get through drive thru. He asked me to pull forward to finish the order since he couldn't hear me just to get upset that I was trying to finish my order and correct what he had wrong. I still received the wrong order/bad food because things weren't made right. Mocha frappe was icy and gross not blended right, cookies burnt and unedible, asked for no mustard or pickles on a #3 combo but of course that wasn't right and pink meat so under cooked or over done is all they do. The ketchup packets look like they were dropped on the floor stepped on and then served to me. Got charged extra for sauce because he didn't put in what I asked for and didn't want to correct it. Lazy, don't listen, and rude!!!!!Doesn't seem to matter what day or time it is this location always have service from rude staff and cold bad food, and a host of other issues. For how much we pay, how simple it is to do (I know it is I've worked fast food before), and how easy going I normally am when ordering this shouldn't keep happening. Has to go very bad multiple times to get me to do a post like this."
