"the restaurant was freezing. we ate with our coats on. the cheese sticks weren't even room temperature. not melted at all on the inside. the catfish and okra were excessively salted. the cashier appeared to be asleep, but somehow standing. we went there because it was my husbands birthday. he wanted catfish. we were both grossly disappointed. on the postitive...the restaurant dining area was spotless, as well as the ladies' restroom. the corn nuggets were hot and good. sadly, there were way too many things they didn't get right, and we will not go back to this particular Lisa's."

"Their fried chicken is so juicy and delicious. The price doesn't hurt your pockets either. They did kinda screw up our order, but it was still delicious. Went back after a month and everything came out just right."

"Good food at a good price! I frequent this place on my lunch breaks and can get a quick, delicious, filling meal with a large drink for less than $10! Fast, tasty, filling, and cheap! Not many fast food places can deliver on all 4 of those at the same time. It is also almost never busy (how?) and is always clean. Great job, Lisa! (Come for the chicken, stay for the deal or no deal)"

"Tried the fish dinner. Catfish was tender and not over cooked, breading was aggressively seasoned. Mashed potatoes with gravy oth was almost tasteless in comparison Chicken was OK though not what I call outstanding. Not too much breading, chicken is juicy and not too oily"

"The food is awesome! The portions are definitely Tex sized in my opinion too. The staff is friendly, and attentive as well which makes it even better. Definitely recommend giving this location a try."
