"The worst experience they weren’t done, and the taste was absolutely so bad I wish I had gotten what I ordered and my children were very disappointed especially for this thanksgiving it was very hard to order simple glazed donuts they gave me sprinkled ones and I gave them the benefit and of the doubt they were so terrible so bad if I could give them a 0 star I would (please don’t waste your money) the smell is awful."

"The only thing I get from Shipleys are the kolaches. They are so delicious and always fresh. The lady at the front was very stressed I’m guessing because it was very busy. Her attitude was not pleasant at all. I was ready to get out of there as soon I as I got my order. Ok update I went back and it was so much better. So 4 stars."
