"I have been going to this McDonald's for over 30 years, since the old Asian lady that was so nice worked there. She was there for like 25-30 years. We miss her. Tonight we went there and could barely communicate with the woman at the speaker and first window. And she was just as bad at the window as she was at the order speaker. Then after paying $20 for two meals, we go to the second window to meet a sweet young lady who unfortunately could barely speak English as well. I understand that these people need jobs too, but why put someone in customer service who cannot speak English well. Plus our tea had a bunch of tea sediment at the bottom. And to me, if this is the service they are giving out, what kind of service are they giving in the kitchen, that we do not see. It's sad. After 30 years I don't think we will be going here anymore. Unless it is our last option."

"refused to answer phone calls. the sign on the door obviously says dining room closed at 10pm but it is currently 9:15pm and the door was locked and the kiosks inside were shut down. the hours of operation are incorrect. do not attempt to dine in past 9 in the evening"

"OK this happened to me yesterday. 09/29/2023 I purchased a dollar to cheeseburgers and basket of fries story short is. The cheeseburgers, one of them was not cooked properly. Also I do not recommend this place. Just letting you know. One more thing, forget to mention 1 of the employees in there. If you are paid and the drive through, you might want to be careful with your debit or credit card. I saw one of them employees taking pictures."
