"This is the worst Golden Chick location ever. The staff is rude. Jennifer and Marissa have no customer service skills. They probably need to find a new career outside the service industry. I had to call corporate to file a complaint. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location. If you want Golden Chik drive to a different location where there is nicer staff or just go to Chicken Express next door."

"I ordered a chicken tender salad through the drive-through, brought it home, and when I opened it up more than half the lettuce was slimy and rotten & rusted in color. I had to throw the salad away, biggest waste of money. This is the second time since this new location has opened up that I’ve had a poor experience inside the lobby, as well as now through the drive-through. I’m surprised that the service is so poor at this location with having a chicken express right next-door to them. I think I know where I’ll go next time surely not golden chick! * After reading all the other reviews, it’s apparent that the management does not care about the quality of service and food that his restaurant delivers."

"This experience for this new location was horrible! The wait for my food was 30 minutes in the drive thru so after waiting I decided to go in. The customers were all complaining about the wait. The manager would not come out to speak with us. She was sending the two cashiers to say she was busy ! As a manager you should come out and try to resolve the issue. I finally was able to place my order and it took another 30 mins ! The location is convenient to my home and my daughter requested food here after a long day of work, I decided to get her food to eat. The wicked wings were fat and tasted horrible! They were dried out from the heat lamp with a bunch of lotta zing on them. The fries were cold! The only thing that was good was the fruit punch ! I would like to be accommodated for my wasted time and money! I would have went back but I was already tired to begin with! I come to golden chick a-lot and would like to continue my service but this location is understaff and the manager is rude and disrespectful!"

"I'm so upset with this new location my entire order was wrong, you would think since it's new they would try to impress but it's the complete opposite. And they have No working telephone number to contact them nor does scanning the QR code Contact Form work! I was there and only one other car was there so it wasn't busy, ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for the Incompetence!! To Golden Chick owner, I feel that your response to my review is not at all sympathetic and ESPECIALLY NOT ATTENTIVE cause if you read my review I clearly state that the PHONE NUMBER nor did scanning the QR code which directly sends me to the form to contact."

"Ordered the 12 piece and a couple sides with rolls and gravy, no drinks. $32. At least 4 strips were barely the size of nuggets and the remaining strips were small compared to similar chains like Bushes chicken. My order took 30 minutes. The guy before me had been waiting even longer for a similar order. Was 4 customers inside and 6 cars in line when I arrived. No excuse for that kind of wait. They offered a large drink as an apology. When I got home and opened the bag, the order was missing rolls. Food was ok but not worth the money, wait or the hassle. Won’t return. Update: Followed up with them through their suggested link below and did not receive any further contact from them. Auto response for the review platform with no real resolution."
