"If you’re going to order at the counter be ready to wait a long time. I understand they’re busy with the drive through but they should also attend to the people walking in. They will see you waiting at the counter and not care and help you until they feel like it. Also once I did got my food, it had a hair in it and I noticed none of the people working at the kitchen had hair nets, I don’t know if it’s not protocol or if they just choose not to follow the rules."
