"Normally this is a great location and the people there are great, but I had a bad experience recently. I normally go thru the drive thru and use the app. On this occasion I gave my code for a discounted ice cream, but their machine was down so I did not order anything and drove away. Before I left the parking lot I received a notification from my credit card company that McDonalds charged me $11.25. Remember, I did not order anything. So I go inside and they tell me to call corporate because it was done on the app. I do, and the process was quick. They tell me someone will be calling me to explain how I’ll get my refund. About a week goes by and no phone call, but I’m hungry so I go to this same location for a meal. While there I spoke to management and they still said since it was done on the app they can’t do anything. It’s sad they couldn’t do ANYTHING. They offered to give me my cheeseburger free but that’s less than $2! Still good people that work there but that’s a bad policy and poor customer service. See you soon anyway for a delicious double cheeseburger! I ended up getting the bank to waive the charge."

"Everything was fine until it no longer was at this location. I walked in and was immediately seen by one of the lady workers. I figured they were working on something and would take my order shortly. They did not appear to be busy, but I continued to wait. Only after some time I rang the small service bell they had. One of the workers/managers who was likely on their break was sitting in the dining room called out for her by name (Maura) another worker who was mopping stated that she (Maura) had seen me already and was not sure what she was doing. No one ever came to take my order, there was not a line in the drive thru either. Definitely has to be bad customer service/attention/ carelessness. Sad to see such poor work ethic. The next closest location is definitely WAY better in all regards."

"Fries cooked in old grease, you can taste the grease on the fries, no straws with the drinks, management was not accommodating for their point system being down. Made the whole experience sour..."

"Today as many other times, the restaurant is extra dirty, the restrooms are filthy, and service is bad as always, since this location was opened, there were people in the kitchen but not seen cleaning the dining areas, and there was no hand soap or sanitizer in the restrooms. Music is way too loud inside the restaurant and the employees don't clean the refreshment area, I can't mention all the things wrong with this restaurant, I was just disgusted when I witnessed an employee leaving the restrooms without washing their hands and walking straight to the kitchen, I just hope they had soap in the kitchen. Whomever ever is in charge, should take care of all these issues, for the health of all people employees and customers."
