"Very horrible experience. AMANDA is very ghetto rude & unprofessional. She should be fired as well as that other little girl with braids. No customer service skills or anything. It feels like you bugging them just to order your food. Long wait time & they told me the shake was handmade but asked did I get my shake when I was given my food. Someone was confused in their NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL! Avoid at all cost!!! Food was nasty"

"I got a number 4 with bacon and I have to say this burger was so damn juicy and good! Great beef quality and cooked to perfection! Amazing. Would eat this every day if possible! Bun toasted but still soft. Kudos to the staff there! Will definitely be back when I’m in the area! Need a Griffs in Keller! Would absolutely smash every burger joint over there."

"Oh heck yes! My kind of burger joint! Ordered the Triple burger combo so I could give one of the patties to my dog and still enjoy a double cheeseburger for myself. They asked if I wanted Mayo or mustard so I said both. This meal did not disappoint. Thin patties cooked just right on a delicious home style bun. It came with lettuce, tomato and onion. The shoestring fries are a must have. Hot and tart with just a touch of salt. An adult size coke served in a styrofoam cup rounded out an already delicious meal for a perfect combo. I recommend the #4. Service was was fast and friendly. So glad we stumbled across this place on our visit down from Minnesota. We’ll be back!"

"It's been a minute since I've eaten here, and everything is just as I remembered. Great quality hamburgers that are and like homemade and delicious! Reasonably-priced as well! Purchased 2 #1 Double Meat Cheeseburger combo. Came with fries and a 32-ounce drink! It was hot, fresh, and juicy! The vegetables were crisp, and the bun was buttered to perfection."
