"Never have issues with food but the customer service needs to be worked on, the girl who takes your order— braces and glasses definitely needs some work on her customer service. Rude is the best way to put it."

"DO NOT EAT HERE! Terrible service! Ordered my food through the mobile app and arrived there at 6:50pm. Waited for 21 minutes at the drive through 3rd window. I had to circle the building to go inside. Once inside there were 3 other customers that looked just as frustrated. NO ONE was at the counter. It took another 5 minutes before someone was finally there. When I finally got inside my truck with my food it was 7:19pm so it took 30 minutes for my food....which I ordered AHEAD of time. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and when I got home I realized they gave stale nuggets and the WRONG burger. If possible, order from the McDonald's on Tuckerton, they have better food and service."

"The service was so slow and poor management. I even asked to speak to the manager after they took over 15 mins to get to the register to even help with a payment (cash) because the manager called the person on the register away. Then proceeded to assist and ignore others lining up at the register for assistance. After finally paying, i had to return to the register 35 mins later because the order has not come out yet. Again they ignored until someone finally stopped to assist. He retrieved the order (which still came out wrong) and when I asked to speak to the manager. I was told she was busy at the back which I suppose meant she was not coming because she never came out. She just looked at me and then continued to ignore the request."

"i usually go to the other one on barker cypress but it was on the way. now I'm reminded why. the service is painfully slow and having kids working at the cashier is a mistake. the car in front of me was either a friend of theirs or a coworker even, kept giving stuff away (worked for 9 years at multiple locations, i know it's cool to see friends and "promo" some items here and there but come on, there was a huge line, you still have to perform) and don't lie, burger buns are smaller, is that how you keep your prices somewhat low despite the inflation?"

"Worse place ever I always have to be begging for condiments and the custumer service I get its always the worse I have to be waiting for food and this is the fifth time I get my order wrong like this is my receive I paid for my food and I ask for ketchup and the girl at the window told me I had to pay .30 for my condiment really????"
