"This location used to be great all around. Imagine walking in to a sandwich place and it having no bread but nobody communicates to you. The cashier was clueless, the sandwich maker felt the need to annunciate to ME, with attitude mind you, that she could only make a regular sandwich . She never communicated that over to the cashier so the cashier kept up with her scrip. What seemed to be the manager finally explained that there was no bread. I had to ask why we could use the whole grain bread and then they were able to proceed taking the order. When I opened my sandwich the bread was deformed and smashed. I could almost see the finger prints. It was disgusting. The guy/manager saw my reaction and slowly turned around. I saw you Sir, you saw me. We know that sandwich was messed up. The entire crew lacks experience, they don’t communicate with each-other and the customer gets what they get."
"I ordered through DoorDash on a Friday evening around 820. I am from out of town so looked up the closest sandwich place, which was JJ. Google said the restaurant closed at 9pm, so I made my order. I received the text notification that verifies that the restaurant confirmed my order. I even received a text saying my order was on the way. It never came. I called the restaurant (930pm) and was greeted by a woman. She then tells me the restaurant has been closed for an hour, that they closed at 8. I’ve been sick for a few days and a sandwich was the only thing that sounded good. Please change your times on Google or hire employees who don’t close your restaurant early!"
"The food and staff were amazing. They are really nice and fast. My sandwich was perfectly made, the veggies were nice and crisp and the bread was very soft fresh. The manager came out in the dining room and was talking to the customers as if she had known them forever. It was such a great atmosphere to be in. Thank you ladies!"
"I placed an online order on Thursday at 3:47pm, walked over about 10 mins later just to tug on the door and was notified by the ppl inside that y’all were closed. I then called and was hung up on, then called right back, and someone answered and said y’all were closed due to having a large order and y’all needed to bake more bread. I explained that I had placed an online order and the funds were already taken out and the guy said he would write my name down and speak to the manager about canceling the order. I walked in the next day, explained what happened to the young blonde guy at the front, he mentioned the refund would take a couple days. It’s now Saturday and I still have yet to receive a refund or any notification about the order. I walked in, the manager came out with a terrible attitude and was arguing with me that she was there all day Thursday and that they never closed the store, I said well, you did bc the door was locked and I called twice and the guy on the phone mentioned y’all had a huge order and would reopen about an hour later. Mind you the guy at the register today (Saturday) also said ohh I remember we did have to close for a bit that day bc we had a big order. So she cut me off as I was explaining I had a call log to show that I did call and talk to one of her employees. She then looked at the girl and said just make her sandwich, just make her sandwich we were never closed but whatever. She then walked 10 feet away and looked at one of her employees and said we closed for 1 hour that day and no orders came in that needed to be refunded. Funny how she can lie to my face about being open all day and stating they never closed, just to walk off and mention they only closed for an hour. Worst customer service I’ve ever had."
"Wow, just wow. Freaky fast, no. Freaky RUDE and Freaky SLOW? Yes. Ordered curbside pickup, 2 sandwiches. Placed at 4:48 PM. At 5:10pm I went ahead and walked in the store rather than waiting for curbside. No other customers except the ones ordering in front of me. Even after they were done ordering no one spoke to me. After I had awkwardly been standing at the register for TEN MINUTES, I was asked if there “for a pickup or something” then they started making my order which had been place 32 minutes prior. Zero apologies, 100% awkward. Will never be back to this location. No wonder you need to bribe people for 5 star reviews."
