"I've been going to this location for years but they seriously need to come up with a better solution for people who order through the mobile app since now it's drive thru only. We should be able to just go inside and grab our order quickly if the drive thru line is too long. That's the whole point in using the app for convenience but ya'll are making it difficult for people who use it. It's too unorganized and too dangerous for us to have to get out of our car and ring the doorbell on the backside of the building. Someone can get hit by a car trying to get out and walking up to the building. At least have the inside open for mobile orders only for safety reasons"

"They always make my iced coffee, just as I requested. I LOVE the powdered Bavarian cream doughnuts and the Maple Bacon Breakfast sandwich. My ONLY complaint is they close too early, however, due to the area; I can't too much blame them."
"Gross. My friends and I pulled into this location and the employees could barely hear us despite us being very loud. They missed one of my friends orders ENTIRELY and we had to reorder. When I looked through the drive through window into the restaurant, employees looked confused, disorganized, and in disarray. To make matters worse, there was a HAIR IN MY DONUT. Never coming back to this location."
