"Tired of wrong orders. I know I should just stop and look, but that's not always easy at this location without causing problems for other drivers. I consistently am missing items lately that I paid for. I am also often being given the wrong items for the items I do get. This AM I got a McMuffin when I ordered a McGriddle, and the (2) hash browns I paid for? Zero. I got zero of those. My mistake not looking, y'alls mistake when it KEEPS happening."

"I only go in the mornings to get a caramel frappe, and each time it's an issue with the code/app. The chunky lady with glasses, at the pickup window is SO SO RUDE. If you ask for napkins, a straw or to have your drink made fresh........she begins speaking Spanish and calls someone over to translate. Yesterday was my last time, not that McDonald's will go out of business because I don't patronage them, but subpar service seems to be the norm and I choose not to receive this type of service. If you don't want to service customers get another job."

"I discovered a piece of paper in my burger, causing me to call HR and nearly choking on it. I was completely caught off guard by the presence of paper on my burger and I order on January 28 at 2:58pm update they fixed my order."

"I hate to say....it's mostly Hispanics working in this restaurant which I have no problems with I love Hispanic people...I see they work very hard and are dedicated unless your black.... Every time I receive my food it's a problem whether it's wrong or missing items or my food looks old and like someone didn't pick their order up and it just sat there waiting on me or some unlucky African American person... But when I order online or Uber food is perfect hot and fresh so I deeply know what is really going on..."
