"My first time having Persian Food with great friends, friendly staff, and beautiful surroundings. My beef was very delicious."
"This place really surprised me! The food was excellent and flavorful, with distinct notes of Persian and regional spices. It's been a while since I had authentic food from that region, and it was delightful. Food was 9/10 with the only thing not hitting the spot for me was the soup, which is my own preference and kot necessarily a problem with the dish. Kebabs were excellent and the lamb shank cooked to perfection. I especially enjoyed the rice options, with the cranberry mixed rice with sweet fruits to be my favorite! Strongly recommend trying this place out if you're into authentic Persian food."
"Although this restaurant have always been one of my favorites but unfortunately the parking lot opposite to this place is apparently one of the most unsafe places in Houston and none of the restaurants there have even the minimum means of security like external cameras. My car was broken into while we were having dinner inside and apart from the damages to my car, my personal stuff were stolen too. When we asked the restaurant staff about security camera they told us that they have none but they placed a board outside stating not to leave anything in your car as apparently these incidences is happening regularly. Even the officers at the police station stated the same about that location. After asking around and talking to my friends I found out that on several occasions people were even mugged at gunpoint while trying to get back to their cars with their personal belongings in their hands (not in their car) in broad daylight (word of mouth, not confirmed). It’s a pity that with all that good income the owners of all of those businesses in that area don’t take any action to provide better security for their customers. Opposite to this parking lot on Phoenicia Supermarket side they have 24/7 security patrol and they are almost at 0 incidents. Someone needs to learn from them. Putting a sign outside won’t change anything. Sadly I will never dine at any of those restaurants in that area ever again. Please take extra precautions if you do."
"I really like the ambience and exotic decorations of this Pakistani restaurant that I heard about a long time ago. It's my first time here. The tablecloths have a unique design. The hummus is creamy and the combination with radishes and naan bread gives it a unique texture. The lamb leg stew is tender and goes perfectly with the rice."
