"It's been 3 months since the owner of the company came to fix my refrigerator, they promise a guarantee and inspection in case it stops working. I have been waiting for him for 2 days with promises that he will come to check my refrigerator that stopped cooling and now he no longer answers my calls or messages."

"I do not recommend anyone to shop at this location in hidalgo and there in mcallen in 2612 sin Both sell used and fixed appliances that break down after 6 months. I bought a dryer and refrigerator that stopped working after 6 months, both a week apart. According to the store policy, they have 1 year warranty so they can repair or replace it. both prove to be difficult as they intend to turn it around and even refuse to take the call. I have spent over 600 dollars just to continue receiving unreliable appliances. Don't buy here it's a waste bad customer service. You will be replacing the appliances after a few months."

"Do not use this store I paid $175 for a washer he brought me an old washer that stopped working within 4 months I also gave him a name brand whirlpool washer that could be fixed and sold for another $200-$300 when I called him he asked for my address and I never heard back from him, spend your money at a place that won't rip you off Now I had to spend another $200 on another washer,so I have lost about $500 by dealing with this guy,I will never buy from him again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either"
