"Bought a dryer for one of my rental properties on Saturday afternoon. The owner Jaime called me first thing Monday morning to deliver & pick up the old one that didn’t work. "Thank you Jaime for taking care of my elderly Mom's dryer within 2 hours of my call. It was unexpected but also very much appreciated. The handle on her Maytag dryer broke. I spoke with Jaime and texted photos of the dryer with the broken handle. Jaime was at my Mom's home within 2 hours of my call. The cost was reasonable. My Mom said Jaime was a "very nice man".
