"They threw my big Mac in the bag with box open and I asked them to please replace it and they gave me same burger with a patty missing. Never going back. Don't go there not recomended"

"Each time I enter establishment the cashiers are always LOUD and the conversations they have are not for customers to hear and they all have attitudes the only people worth complementing is the janitorial person he helped me with no issues and walked me over to the scanner and saw me looking for other items and asked if I needed more assistance and I did and when I went to purchase earrings the cashier that actually helped me,she was actually a better representation of customer service for the establishment. Speaking of THRFT, the amount of tape they put on products which once I got home I spent about half and hour cutting with scissors and it’s a mess smh- Get better Jenny’s your staff represents your establishment and they are very much NOT a good staff CUSTOMER SERVICE is ZERO at it’s finest."

"Laziest staff I have ever seen. Management included. After a long day on the road, came to bring our son to play and burn off energy and eat. Despite it being over an hour earlier than the lobby and play area closes, they have chosen to close early and run drive through only. Blocked off front door as well. Horrible on this manager for allowing this."

"I’m not sure if this McDonald’s got new management or what, but the last few weeks to months have been fantastic. The drive through has been moving quickly, order is correct, food is fast and hot! The employees have been great, too. I stopped going to this location for a while because of a lack of service, but I’m happy to say it’s been great lately!"

"This same lady gave me the wrong order AND gave me my food COLD. She had a very bad attitude problem and when I tried to walk in the restaurant she closed the door in my face and locked the door. This lady needs to be fired she doesn’t need a job whatsoever. This Macdonalds needs to be shut down ASAP because if they can’t hire good employees don’t be a up and running restaurant. they always give food that is off temperature and expects us to take it and eat it. This could always cause us to get sick."
